RE-ENACTMENTS & DEMONSTRATIONS We are excited to offer more historical re-enactments and demonstrations this year! Annie Oakley and Buffalo Bill will make appearances, and other fun and educational opportunities will be offered, including a Buffalo soldier camp, pioneer school day, blacksmith, cowboy camp, branding, basket weaving, roping and rope making, tin making, butter churning, a chuck wagon, a millinery shop, spinning and weaving, flint-knapping, shoot-outs, bank robbery re-enactment, Howdy the Longhorn, Civil War re-enactment, and much more!
LIVE MUSIC We have special music groups providing great entertainment this year, and hope you'll come out and enjoy the performances!
THE "COOK SHACK & WATERING HOLE" As always, food and drinks will be provided at the Pioneer Village's "Cook Shack and Watering Hole", located amid the festivities during "Living History Days." Food and refreshments will include beans and cornbread, funnel cakes, hot dogs, popcorn, sarsaparillas, and more!
ACTIVITIES, GAMES, & FUN Come try out the games and competitions, including Potato Sack Races, "Old-Time Wheel-of-Fortune", classic Bean Bag Toss, Self-Guided Scavenger Hunts, and plenty more!
